Performance Appraisals: Every employee in the company who works day and night wants suitable appraisal after her or his tenure.  This appraisal at the end of the year acts as a motivational factor for growth of not only of the employee but also the organization as well. Every time a new problem arises, competent employees are proactive to render solution to each and every query at the earliest! Also, they are clear of their targets and ways through which they are to be achieved!
